November? November already?

As far as I can remember, the scandals just started happening like, yesterday. The year of the Rat has come with a blast (of ice cold water), and it will be gone very soon… and I think you would agree that we can all do with a little less drama. But with the Water Qi peaking next month…

But then when the Ox comes in some of you might be missing the ‘Peach Blossom’ effects of the rat.

The rainy Sunday afternoon reminds me of something Joey mentioned to us regarding next year (warning: spoiler alert!). Because next year 己丑 is a year full of Earth, Water Day Masters (DM) would be severely affected. How so?

If you are a Ren Water DM, you are the ‘water of ocean and lakes’. Throw some mud in and the water becomes muddy and contaminated. This translates to emotional confusion and in severe cases, health issues.

For Gui Water DM’s, the effect is less severe. Gui is the ‘clouds in the sky’ and as such, has less of a chance of being contaminated. However, the trick is in staying rational and calm throughout the year. Why so? Emotional outbursts would mean that the ‘it has begun to rain’ and as such, Gui water plummets to the ground. So whatever happens, maintain your dignity and rationality.

As for the other Day Masters, you’ve got to check out ‘Thriving in Challenging Times’, Joey’s annual talk on the Feng Shui & Astrology for 2009, which will be held first in Singapore, then home front KL, and Melbourne, Australia. ( www.masteryacademy.com/FSA2009 )

If you can’t wait for the talk in January – then get the books first! ‘Feng Shui for 2009’ and ‘Chinese Astrology for 2009’ are already out and you can get in at our office or online at www.masteryacademy.com

That’s it for this time – I’ll leave you with something on our recent FSM4 class (Kingfisher goes M4?), which took the students from KL down to Johor, and then Singapore (first time ever out of KL!).

Cheers,
Sherwin Ng
